It is your responsibility to review and confirm that all details are accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in submitted content, including spelling, dates, names, or images.
If a proof or mock-up is provided, it must be approved in writing (email or message confirmation) before production begins. Once approved, no changes can be made. Delays in proof approval may impact delivery timelines.
Production times vary based on order volume and complexity. Estimated production timelines are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. We will communicate any significant delays if they arise.
Shipping time is separate from production time. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes). Please ensure shipping information is accurate.
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved proof due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. Photo documentation will be required.
